How can I update the address on a domestic helper’s contract?

The Hong Kong Standard Employment Contract sets out a number of provisions which employers and domestic helpers must agree to and cannot be changed or removed, even with the mutual consent of both parties. For example, domestic helpers must work and live-in with the employer only at the residence address stated on their contracts.

As a result, the employer will need to update the address on the domestic helper contract if they move  during the employment period.

To update the contractual employment address, complete the form: “Revised Schedule of Accommodation and Domestic Duties” (ID407G) and submit it to the Foreign Domestic Helpers Section of the Immigration Department:
