Application

STEP 1: Describe your hiring preferences

Understanding your preferences and household priorities is important to us. We'll use this information to save you time by matching you with specific interview candidates that are most suitable for your needs. So go ahead, get started by filling in our online application. Once you've finished the application, an FEA team member will be in touch with you.


Meeting

STEP 2: Your FEA member contacts you

After we receive your application, an FEA team member trainined in personalized matching will give you a call to introduce themselves. This is a chance for them to verify your priorities and understand any additional details that may be helpful for their search.


Processing

STEP 3: We email you potential matches

Your FEA team member will evaluate eligible candidates to identify who may suit your needs. Guided by your preferences and priorities, each time they meet a helper who may be a potential match, they will send you the candidate's profile and help you arrange and interview.


Interview

STEP 4: Interview candidates and make an offer

We will help you arrange interviews with the most suitable candidates. Interviews can take place in your home, at a public meeting place, or in our office. Due to our careful screening process and matching critieria, we are happy to report that most of our matches are made within the first few interviews.


STEP 5: We manage the final stage for you

Once you and your helper have signed the contract, we handle all the relevant paperwork and manage the procedures to reduce any setbacks and delays. Since we know how eager you are for your helper to arrive, our process is transparent and proactive. We provide regular updates, so you won't have to wonder what's happening with your paperwork or your helper.
