HOW IT WORKS: Job placement with NO FEES

We are dedicated to helping the right workers find the right job, in the right home, with NO PLACEMENT FEES.


STEP 1: Application

Fill out our application form form to register with FEA.

After you fill out the application, visit our office for a face-to-face interview with our friendly staff. This interview is important as it allows us to understand your needs and interests.


STEP 2: Employer Matching

After receiving your application and interviewing you, we will understand the type of jobs that suits you, and will match you with the most suitable employer. We will contact you via text message or phone to arrange an interview at a time that works for you and your prospective employer.


STEP 3: Interview

We arrange interviews for candidates based on employer interest. This will be a friendly face-to-face meeting. If you are overseas, we can do this via a video conference. The interview is an important part of the process because it allows you to get a feel for the employer and understand the job.


STEP 4: Processing

If your interview is successful, and an employer offers you a job, we will help process the necessary paperwork and walk you through the final employment process. Congratulations!
