What is the Fair Hiring Pledge?
The Fair Hiring Pledge is a public commitment from companies to educate their employees on hiring domestic workers fairly. It is an initiative of the Fair Employment Foundation launched in November 2016 with seven leading multinational companies as the inaugural signatories, including Barclays, Harvey Nash, Hasbro, KPMG, Macquarie, Shangri-La, and Thomson Reuters.
After signing the Pledge, Fair Employment Foundation provides free workplace training sessions on what it means to hire fairly, including quick legal tips on being a fair employer.
Materials on Fair Hiring is available for download. We also are happy to deliver training sessions to companies who can’t sign the Pledge.
