When I first joined Fair as a recent graduate I was looking for a position where I could engage in meaningful work and I must say Fair is the right place. Over the 5 years I worked in Fair, I’ve had the opportunity to sharpen and diversify my skill set with the support and care of wonderful colleagues. Of the many things that I appreciate about working at Fair, its culture of embracing creativity and growth of staff personally and professionally is the most valuable and unique. It was FEA’s mission that drew me in joining them. Over the 5 years I worked in FEA, I had seen a bunch of passionate, friendly and smart people working extremely hard to create a fair environment and conditions for foreign domestic helpers and their employers. I enjoyed working with these buddies, hearing the nice words about FEA’s services from the foreign domestic helpers and their employers, and having opportunities to be promoted to different positions which made me learn a variety of things. I will continue to support FEA in the future!
